Returns
Richualist’s No-Fault Trial Program allows you to see if the Mint is right for you. Just request return within 30 days of purchase and process your return within 10 days of receiving your return shipping label and we will reimburse your original purchase method less shipping and restocking fees.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be in working condition; in their original packaging; and reasonably clear of debris such as curl creams, gels, oils, etc.
Process: Contact our customer service to initiate a return and provide proof of purchase.
Shipping and Shipping fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs via USPS. We charge a flat shipping rate of $25 for shipping both to and from the purchaser. If you paid for shipping when you made your purchase, you will only incur a return shipping fee upon returning the item. If Richualist covered the initial shipping cost, you will be charged for shipping both ways.
Additional fees: Please note that returns also incur a $25 restocking fee, which covers the sanitization, testing, and repacking of products.
Refunds
Inspection: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.
Processing: Approved refunds will be processed once returns are received to our warehouse, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions: Returns will not be rejected for reasonable wear alone, however damaged units and/or units with excessive wear and tear will be ineligible for refunds upon receipt to our warehouse.
Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange. Please review troubleshooting procedures before initiating an exchange.

Additional Information
If you receive a product that is inoperable, we are happy to exchange your product or offer a full refund once the item is returned. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund for the original purchase price, excluding any applicable taxes, shipping fees, restocking. You will then receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Please note that it may take an additional 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
Please be aware that items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or refund. Additionally, returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Richualist.com and not from third-party websites.

Pre-Order Agreement
Documentation. Your Mint Pre-Order Agreement (the “Agreement”) is as follows:
Agreement to Purchase. You agree to pre-order The Mint by Richualist (“The Mint” or “the unit” or “unit”) that you configured when you made your Pre-Order Payment and by taking delivery, completing the transaction when the unit is ready for delivery from Richualist or its affiliate (“we,” “us” or “our”), pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your unit is priced and configured based on features and options available at the time of order. Options, features, or hardware released after you place your order may not be included in or available for your unit.
Pre-Order Price, Taxes and Official Fees. The pre-order deposit, the total price, and expected timing of delivery will be confirmed in your confirmation email. Because taxes and fees are constantly changing and will depend on many factors, such as where you purchase your Mint, they will be calculated closer to the time of delivery and indicated on your final confirmation email. You are responsible for paying these additional taxes and fees.
Pre-Order Process; Cancellation; Changes. After you submit your completed pre-order and the options you selected become available in production, we will process the total amount of payment minus the amount of your deposit. We will then issue you the final confirmation email. Your payment is a deposit for your Mint unit. You are hereby committing to complete your purchase of the Mint upon production, and your deposit will be non-refundable except in the event that the customer demonstrates our default on a major representation to the customer. Any changes made by you to your Mint Configuration, including changes to the delivery location or estimated delivery date, will be reflected in a subsequent confirmation email.
Delivery. We will notify you of when we expect your Mint to be ready for delivery, updates on delivery, any significant changes to logistics or delivery timing, or any other major developments regarding your Mint unit. You agree to any reasonably foreseeable changes to delivery schedule, delivery date, or other related matter.
You understand that Richualist may not have completed the development of your Mint unit or begun manufacturing The Mint at the time you entered into this Agreement and so we do not guarantee when your Mint unit will actually be delivered. Your actual delivery date is dependent on many factors, including global supply chain conditions and manufacturing availability. To secure your final product and performance under the terms of this Agreement, we will retain a security interest in your deposit, unit, and all proceeds therefrom until your obligations have been fulfilled.
Privacy Policy; Terms and Conditions. Richualist’s Customer Privacy Policy; and Terms and Conditions are incorporated into this Agreement and can be viewed at Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions.
Agreement to Arbitrate. Please carefully read this provision, which applies to any dispute between you and Richualist and its affiliates, (together “Richualist”).

If not resolved within 60 days, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to any aspect of the relationship between you and Richualist will not be decided by a judge or jury but instead by a single arbitrator in an arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. This includes claims arising before this Agreement, such as claims related to statements about our products.
The customer will be responsible for all AAA fees for any arbitration, which will be held in Baltimore, MD. To learn more about the Rules and how to begin an arbitration, you may call any AAA office or go to www.adr.org.
The arbitrator may only resolve disputes between you and Richualist, and may not consolidate claims without the consent of all parties. The arbitrator cannot hear class or representative claims or requests for relief on behalf of others purchasing The Mint by Richualist.
